When withdrawing a military, the military withdrawer should adopt the following method:-
(a) During the recruitment of new military personnel, those who do not enroll because of non-vacancy, will be liable to imprisonment according to the law from the date of enrollment.
(b) If the enlisted soldiers pass the hospital check-up, if there is a government hospital, and if there is only a doctor, if it is passed by a board consisting of one doctor, one military officer and one representative of the district administration office, and where there is no doctor, at least 2 military officers. And a representative of the district administration office will prepare the points of fitness and take the admission only if the examination is found to be correct. If you bring an identity card, or if you are on the military side, the incumbent subedar, jamadar or officer, if you are in the civil service, one of the current gazetted officers, otherwise, two persons of Muni Jangika and a civil servant of the third class who are not gazetted, the surety of the paper that the name, surname, and nationality of the young man are correct. Admission only. In order to prove that the witness is present, the identity card of the officer on the military side and the pay-book for those below and the copy of the place where he is present on the civil side will be taken and stamped by the witness. If the witness of the enlisted person is found to be false for some reason, the enlisted youth and the witness will be punished according to the law.
(e) If the young man coming for enrollment does not bring the identity card issued by the village development committee or municipality, he will be given a period of 7 days to bring the witness after passing the hospital examination and if he brings the witness within that period, the enrollment of the previous date will be considered valid. If the witness cannot be brought within that period, if the witness or identity card is brought later, the admission will be confirmed on the same date.
(f) New recruits aged 18 to 22 years at the time of enlistment and Nepalese nationals, foreignersIf there is no need to look at the certificate of the young man who has been employed, then such a person who has not reached 35 years of age will also be admitted.
